	Scholarships news The purpose of London St. Andrew’s College is to provide higher Education to International Students in affordable fees to create a world class business leader. A centre of teaching and learning excellence, founded on basis of private fund. A number of scholarships, fee waiver schemes are available for students who commence their different Course and Programmes of this college Scholarships/ Fees waiver are designed to achieve four categories: - to build up areas of excellence within the School; - to provide academic and ability cooperation and competition for existing students within the School; - to provide opportunities for students who, because of socio-economic or other circumstances, would not normally have access to the educational opportunities provided by the School. - to provide opportunities for students who, has outstanding ability in sports, culture, Arts and other social ability to brings excellence within the College different schools. 	A fascinating move for London SAC Attention! All Student and Staff Members We are Pleased to announce that London St. Andrew’s College has now moved to bigger and better premises at Ilford. The address is Icon Building, 37 Ilford Hill, Essex, IG1 2FB.The college is housed in the D1 building, ideally suited for educational purpose and has full facilities to cater to the requirements of the physically challenged (disabled). Please feel free to visit your College, even if you do not have classes until 22nd of August. From today, please contact directly at the above address. All students have to attend Orientation day on the 22nd of August, 2011. This is mandatory for all students. The event will start from 10.30 am and will finish around 9.00 pm. Please be aware that you all have to be present throughout this event. There will be light refreshment served during the day and dinner (Iftar for Muslim students) will be served at 8.15pm. All lecturers are also invited to join this programme. Students are also reminded that course and subject registration for the semester needs to be completed on the same day. This is also to remind that any student not registered with an awarding body, please make sure you have completed it by the end of Orientation day. For ACCA students who are still waiting to sit for exams, please complete registration during Ordination day. The BCS batch may complete their registration for October exams as soon as possible. All registrations, once completed, may please be forwarded to the registrar@londonsac.co.uk for record keeping. 	OTHM award Evening at LSBU London St. Andrew’s college proudly announced to have five awards for the 2010/2011 exams. These awards winning students will be studying at London SAC free of cost for the upcoming session. We believe, in 2011/2012 we will achieve more awards to show the world "the London SAC students are the best among the best". This award evening will take place at LSBU on 27 October, 2011. 	Support visit for PTLLS teachers training programme London St. Andrew\'s College is pleased to announce the visit of Ms. Verinica Le Cheminant, NCFE external moderator, to our College on Wednesday 29th February 2012, to conduct a support session with respect to training on Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS). The PTLLS qualification is offered by NCFE at levels 3 and 4. It prepares learners for teaching in a wide range of contexts. Achieving this qualification will provide sufficient evidence that an individual has acquired the necessary skills and knowledge but it does not require learners to be teaching. This qualification has been recently replaced for the older qualification by NCFE and good support for centres is available.
